... Lane in Pelham, southbound Interstate 684 at Exit 4 in Bedford and northbound Saw Mill River Parkway near Exit 9 in Yonkers. All of the accidents, reported between 8:10 a.m. and 8:30 a.m., were off to the shoulder.
